CCMOB works with various telephone and Internet access companies to facilitate payment for MVAS services. That is why our name will appear on your telephone bill (Orange, Bouygues Telecom, SFR, etc.) or Internet bill (SFR, Orange, Bouygues, Free, etc.) when you use one of the services we manage.
An MVAS (Mobile Value Added Service) is an additional service that phone operators offer beyond basic services. These services are designed to make the user experience better and help operators stand out in a really competitive market.
MVAS services have multiple benefits for both operators and users, such as customer loyalty, and market differentiation.
We do not disclose the services to which the user is subscribed. However, our customer service team is available to provide users with any information and assistance they may need regarding any of these services.

The payment process for our services is secure and requires several steps and validations before billing can proceed. CCMOB will not send any invoice to a customer without receiving confirmation of payment from the customer or from a user of the mobile phone line or Internet access of the customer.
The following is an outline of the standard procedure for subscribing to one of our services:
Once the above steps have been completed, two SMS messages will be sent: a welcome message with the login details for the service and a message confirming the purchase from the operator. From that moment on, the user will have access to the service content for the duration of their subscription.
