5. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction.

The general conditions set forth in this document are governed by Spanish law. The parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia, for the resolution of any controversy or legal dispute that may eventually arise.

As it is a digital content supply service, Article 103, letter m, of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, is applicable. Consequently, the right of withdrawal will not apply to the contract.
